このたび、家族4人でシリコンバレーにやってきました。私は、医師として、そして母として新しい挑戦に向き合う研究者です。今年から研究留学をスタートし、このブログも新たな試みとして始めました。
このブログでは、日々の暮らしや家族との思い出を記録していきたいと思っています。シリコンバレーでの生活や、子どもたちの教育に奮闘する様子、家族で訪れた場所や旅行の思い出。そして、私の専門分野である産婦人科や生殖医学についても、役立つ情報や気づきを、私自身の健忘録として綴っていければと思っています。

Hello and welcome!
My family of four has recently relocated to Silicon Valley. As a physician, a mother, and a researcher, I am embarking on a new journey here. This year marks the beginning of my research fellowship, and along with that, I’ve decided to start this blog as another new challenge.
Through this blog, I hope to warmly document our daily life and cherished family memories. I’ll share glimpses of our life in Silicon Valley, my efforts to support my children’s education, and stories of the places we visit and the trips we take as a family. Additionally, I plan to write about my professional field—obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive medicine—hoping to provide useful insights and reflections while keeping it as my personal record.
Even in the midst of busy days, there are countless little joys and lessons to discover. By sharing these moments, I hope to inspire and resonate with someone out there.
